Science Experiment with Oreos

I1.In today's activity we had one Oreo and we made boundaries and plates and labeled them and such are like convergent and transform and etc and afterwards ate our Oreo and I enjoyed this activity andit was very nice of Mrs.Hindash to let us do this.

2.The Oreo represents a lot like the frosting as magma and the crust and is a great way to represent it

3.when they pulled away it had cranks and stuff and this would be the same in real life cause they will pull apart and have cranks and gullies.

4.And when the plates or Oreos I would say collide most likely there will be crumples and things like extra rock and it is true cause if there bothe up this will happen.

5.The question I have is that is,is that the reason why we have mountains and hills.

Plate Tectonic

Plate tectonics-May 21 2015

Well how do we know if the earths surface has moved, well first if it's a big one there will be a earthquake and may have moved the ground also if the geology is different also if we see it by having a rope a riding through a ocean and sea how far if it's farther/closer now.

When the tectonics plates together than there would be a earthquake most likely there would be a earthquake and we would see the earth shake same with tectonic plates moving apart than there would be magma and would cool of with lots of cranks and when it slides also they would be lots of cranks and jumbles of rocks.
